Section 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving service quality – request to fill out a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for using services. In the case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person consents to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter by providing an email address and/or phone number as the basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website can consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on email addresses.

Section 3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and maintain IT systems with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not shared, and none of these companies may process the data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed to properly provide services.
